Orbix Recrutement attaches great importance to protecting your personal data. This page explains what data is collected on the website orbixrecrutement.fr, why, and what your rights are, in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the French Data Protection Act (loi Informatique et Libertés).

Data collected
Application form (Candidates page): name, email address, position sought, optional message and CV (including the information it contains).
Email exchanges: the data you provide when you write to us at contact@orbixrecrutement.fr or rh@orbixrecrutement.fr.
We recommend that you include in your CV only information that is relevant to your job search, and that you do not include sensitive data (health, opinions, social security number, etc.).
How candidate data is used
- to review your application and your career plans;
- to offer you job opportunities matching your profile;
- to present your application to Orbix Recrutement’s client companies as part of a recruitment process matching your profile;
- to contact you about your application.
This processing is based on pre-contractual measures taken at your request (your application) and on Orbix Recrutement’s legitimate interest in carrying out its recruitment activity. Requests sent by email are handled on the basis of our legitimate interest in replying to people who contact us.
Recipients
Your data is intended for Orbix Recrutement. Applications may be shared with the client companies concerned by a recruitment process matching your profile. Our technical service providers (website hosting and email) have access to it strictly within the limits of their services. Your data is never sold.
Storage of applications
Applications sent through the form are emailed to rh@orbixrecrutement.fr and are not stored in the website’s database. The CV is kept on the server only for the time needed to send it, and is then deleted automatically.
Retention period
Candidate data is kept for a maximum of 2 years after the last contact, and is then deleted. You can request its deletion at any time. Other email exchanges are kept for as long as necessary to handle your request.
Your rights
You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. To exercise these rights, write to rh@orbixrecrutement.fr (candidates) or contact@orbixrecrutement.fr. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the CNIL, the French data protection authority (www.cnil.fr).
Cookies
This website does not use advertising cookies or audience measurement tools. Only technical cookies required for the website to function (such as remembering your language choice) may be set.
Security
The website is accessed over a secure connection (HTTPS) and access to its administration is protected.
This English version is provided for information purposes. In the event of any discrepancy, the French version prevails.
